Dundalk, meaning ‘the fort of Dealgan’, is the county town of Co. Louth, and is the eighth largest urban area in Ireland. In Dundalk Care Centre there is availability for 130 residents. Accommodation is configured to address the needs of all potential residents and includes superior single and companion accommodation with large en-suites.

Dundalk Care Centre is set in landscaped gardens and has exceptional views across fields of outstanding beauty. There are outdoor areas ideal for anyone wishing to spend time in nature, suitable for outdoor pursuits and recreational activities as well as providing tranquil space. The front room provides the care centre with a peaceful space for celebrations for every denomination.

The home is comfortably furnished with a number of lounges for residents and visitors offering a peaceful nook to take in the views. This can be at our Coffee Dock where you and your visitors can sit and enjoy the refreshments. Residents can enjoy nutritious meals in the bright and spacious dining rooms where choice is encouraged from our extensive, freshly cooked daily menu. An extensive activities schedule will be provided, using local community involvement incorporating interests from all residents.

The homely atmosphere provides high quality care along with courteous understanding and kind attention to all our residents. Dundalk Care Centre has a dedicated laundry facility on-site.
