A Céad Míle Fáilte awaits you at Ballincurrig Care Centre, Ballincurrig, Co. Cork. Ballincurrig Care Centre is a purpose-built nursing home located in the peaceful countryside.

We’re just a short drive away from the popular market town of Midleton in Co. Cork and the city is accessible in less than 30 minutes by car. We’re also close to all of the major road links that connect Cork to the surrounding towns and cities.

We understand the importance of family values and that’s something which is inherent in the work we do at Ballincurrig Care Centre.

Set in landscaped gardens, Ballincurrig Care Centre has exceptional views across fields of outstanding beauty. There are outdoor areas ideal for anyone wishing to spend time in nature, suitable for outdoor pursuits and recreational activities as well as providing tranquil space.

The main room provides the care centre with a peaceful space for celebrations
for every denomination.

We’re able to accommodate up to 55 residents within our purpose-built care centre which is laid out entirely across the ground floor level. The accommodation itself comprises 43 single bedrooms and seven twin bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities which include a shower, toilet and hand-wash basin. For added convenience, we also have additional bath and toilet facilities located throughout the centre.

Residents can enjoy nutritious meals in the bright and spacious dining rooms where choice is encouraged from our extensive, freshly cooked daily menu. An extensive activities schedule will be provided, using local community involvement incorporating interests from all residents.

The homely atmosphere provides high-quality care along with courteous understanding and kind attention to all our residents. Ballincurrig Care Centre has a dedicated laundry facility on-site and we also have our own hair salon.

Halloween in Ballincurrig

At Ballincurrig, we host events for residents and staff throughout the year. The homely atmosphere lends itself to such events.

Halloween 2022 was a particular highlight. As always, our staff really got into the spirit of things with costumes and decorating the space in the weeks prior.

Our CEO, Tom Finn also paid us a visit to soak up the spooky festivities. Overall, it was a really enjoyable time for residents and staff alike.

We’re looking forward to next year already!
