ROSS Construction was appointed to deliver the full brickwork and blockwork package for Phase 1 of the Lakes Estate Redevelopment, a key element of a wider residential regeneration programme. Phase 1 established the benchmark for quality, consistency, and workmanship across subsequent phases of the development.
The project required the delivery of a broad range of structural and architectural masonry elements, with careful sequencing and coordination to maintain programme certainty and achieve the desired architectural outcomes.
Our scope of works included:
• Complete delivery of all brickwork and blockwork packages for Phase 1
• Construction of structural masonry walls, internal partitions, and external façades
• Detailed brickwork to meet architectural, tolerance, and aesthetic requirements
• Close coordination with site management and follow-on trades
• Full compliance with building regulations, British Standards, and health & safety legislation
