ROSS Construction was appointed to deliver the full turnkey building envelope package for the Kingscroft Development, comprising 60 residential units. The appointment provided a single point of responsibility for the delivery of a fully weather-tight housing scheme.
The scope covered rising walls through to roof structures, external doors, and windows, requiring a highly coordinated and sequenced approach to ensure consistency of quality, performance, and programme certainty across all units.
Our scope of works included:
• Construction of rising walls and all structural and architectural masonry
• Delivery and installation of complete roof structures and weatherproofing systems
• Supply and installation of external doors and window systems
• Coordination of all envelope interfaces to ensure airtightness and thermal performance
