ROSS Construction was appointed to deliver the detailed brickwork and blockwork packages for Watling Academy, a large-scale secondary education facility serving the growing Milton Keynes community.
The project involved extensive structural and architectural masonry works forming the primary envelope and internal partitions of the school buildings. A high degree of accuracy and consistency was required to support complex façade detailing, tight tolerances, and integration with multiple follow-on trades within a tightly managed programme.
Our scope of works included:
• Delivery of all detailed brickwork and blockwork packages across the academy
